High Rise Telescopic Gravity Conveyors are a fantastic solution for the unloading of containers and lorry or truck trailers. They can also be coupled with flexi conveyors to increase their reach into a warehouse or factory. The main benefit of the high rise version over the standard version is the ability to unload containers, lorries or trucks without a raised dock. If a warehouse only has level access docks, this type of conveyor is a very cost effective solution for vehicle unloading. The extending section of the conveyor can be pulled out by the unloading operator as they get further into the unloading process, and the angle of decline can easily be set by the operator using the adjustment handles under the conveyor, so that the product travels at a good pace along the conveyor whether its light or heavy.

The added benefit of fitting a flexi conveyor to the end of the 3 meter declined extension piece, enables operators to bring the product being unloaded to a lower level but also allows the operators to direct the product to a designated palletising area or put away area. Resulting is even less walking with product, which is the aim of this type of solution, removal of non-value adding activities.
The conveyor is easily stowed away after use, breaking down into two section (three pieces if a flexi conveyor is also used), which can be wheeled to a storage area using the heavy duty castors on the base of the sections. The main telescopic piece is 4 meters long, and the declined extension piece is 3 meters long.
